This notice explains what DK Legacy Bingo stores, why it is needed, and how to ask about your information.
01What we store and why
We store your website username and a password hash to provide authentication. You may choose to link your Discord account, and we store the association and display metadata needed for that connection.
For bingo events, we store OSRS character names, labels and saved EHB, signup answers, team assignments, notifications, submission and evidence records, review decisions, and security and audit records. We use this information to run events, show progress and rankings, review evidence, notify participants, and protect the service.
02What may be public
Event-facing OSRS and player names, teams, rankings, progress, approved evidence, and configured public signup information may be shown to other visitors. Private account credentials and security records are not part of that public event view.
03Services, retention and your choices
We use essential authentication and language cookies. Depending on the feature, the service connects to Discord, Wise Old Man, and the hosting, database, and object-storage providers configured for the deployment.
Records are retained while needed for account operation, event participation, evidence and review history, security, and auditability. Contact Chris on Discord to ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, or to raise a complaint.
